With over 10 years of experience in real estate investing, Rhonda has been actively involved in joint ventures, property flips, and private lending. This hands-on experience gives her a strong understanding of both the financial side of a deal and the real-life situations people are navigating.

She brings a balance of structure and practicality to every situation, helping simplify complex decisions and keep things moving forward with confidence.

She enjoys working closely with sellers to help move transactions forward and get deals across the finish line. A lot of the situations she's involved in aren’t always straightforward, so she focuses on finding practical, tailored solutions that make the process feel simpler and less overwhelming.

Sarah's background is in real estate investment and entrepreneurship, where she's been involved in buying, managing, and improving residential properties across North America. That experience has given her a strong understanding of both the numbers behind a deal and the real-life situations people are navigating.

What she enjoys most is helping people move through what can sometimes be stressful or complicated decisions. She loves being able to step in, bring clarity, and create outcomes that feel like a true win on both sides.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her at the barn with her horse, traveling, or spending time with her husband and family. She loves a mix of active and cozy, whether that’s planning a trip or just enjoying a quiet night at home.

Gisele brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to her work. She’s an inventive thinker who enjoys exploring alternative solutions, then narrowing them down into clear, effective decisions. She focuses on seller relationships and team alignment, keeping communication clear, collaborative, and grounded in trust. With a background in business ownership, operations, and customer service, she approaches her work with care, clarity, and a focus on fair, effective outcomes. She’s driven by the belief that there’s always a better way and that every challenge has a solution, often helping others see connections, find direction, and raise the bar.

Her experience in real estate investing has included residential property improvements, creative financing and joint ventures which has fueled her pursuit to support others with finding the best and highest use of their own investments.

Outside of work, Gisele values time in nature and activities that support health, strength, and enjoyment—whether that’s hiking, gardening, keeping up with at-home fitness routines, or attending live music events. She’s passionate about maintaining a balanced lifestyle and bringing a sense of joy, laughter and insight into the relationships around her.
